How to Delete Your Account

There are two ways to delete your yaNkap account:

Option 1: Delete Through the Mobile App

  1. Open the yaNkap app on your mobile device
  2. Go to Settings
    • Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner
    • Select "Settings" from the menu
  3. Navigate to Account Settings
    • Scroll down to "Account" section
    • Tap "Account Management"
  4. Select Delete Account
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page
    • Tap "Delete My Account"
  5. Verify Your Identity
    • Enter your PIN or use biometric authentication
    • Enter the verification code sent to your registered phone number
  6. Confirm Deletion
    • Review the deletion warning
    • Type "DELETE" in the confirmation field
    • Tap "Permanently Delete Account"

Option 2: Request Deletion via Customer Support

If you're unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion by contacting our support team:
